2026 Medicare Commission Schedules

Increased Max Broker Commissions:
CMS has increased the maximum broker commissions for both Medicare Advantage and Part D initial enrollments and continued the growth of maximum Medicare broker commissions for 2026 renewals.

Initial commissions – $114 member / year

Renewal commissions – $57 member / year

Medicare Advantage Maximum Broker Commissions

For CA and NJ: Initial commissions increased to $864 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $432 per member per year.

For CT, PA and DC: Initial commissions increased to $781 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $391 per member per year.

For Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: Initial commissions increased to $474 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $237 per member per year.

In all other states: All other states: Initial commissions increased to $694 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $347 per member per year.
