2025 Medicare Commission Schedules
Increased Max Broker Commissions:
CMS has increased the maximum broker commissions for both Medicare Advantage and Part D initial enrollments and continued the growth of maximum Medicare broker commissions for 2025 renewals.

2025 Medicare Part D Maximum Commissions
Initial commissions – $109 member / year
Renewal commissions – $55 member / year

Medicare Advantage Maximum Broker Commissions
For CA and NJ: Initial commissions increased to $780 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $390 per member per year.
For CT, PA and DC: Initial commissions increased to $705 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $353 per member per year.
For Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: Initial commissions increased to $428 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $214 per member per year.
In all other states: All other states: Initial commissions increased to $626 per member per year, and renewal commissions increased to $313 per member per year.
