SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes

Pandora Insurance does not disclose SMS contact or content data to third parties unless required by law, necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pandora Insurance, its users, or others. You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your SMS contact or content data, except where retention is required by law.
Personal data is only shared with insurance companies, with the client’s consent, in order to provide the client with an insurance policy quote and to complete the client’s enrollment into an insurance policy of the client’s choice.

When you communicate with Pandora Insurance via SMS, we may collect information, such as your name, phone number, email, and other information related and relevant to your insurance policy.
3- How We Collect Information:
Pandora Insurance collects this data in a few ways
- a prospective client fills out the “Get A Quote” form on our website;
- a prospective client calls one of our offices to receive information and provides one of our agents with the information; or
- a prospective client enters one of our offices in person and provides one of our agents with the information.
A prospective client knows to contact us because
- they have searched for our company on the internet,
- saw an advertisement about our company, or
- heard about our company through word of mouth
and want more information about our insurance agency services.
4- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from Pandora Insurance, you may receive messages related to the following:
- respond to your inquiries,
- customer support,
- insurance policy quotes,
- your current insurance policy status, and
- upcoming insurance policy renewal
- Example: “Hi {Lead’s First Name}, hope all is well. This is {Agent Name} again, just wanted to check in and see if you had a chance to review and decide on the insurance quote I sent you?
- Example: “It’s time to renew your insurance policy! Your insurance policy must be RENEWED, contact our office if you want to make any changes and to make sure you have the necessary coverage. {Agency Location Phone}”
5- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your insurance quote and 4 SMS messages per month related to your active insurance policy.
6- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
7- Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Pandora Insurance in the following ways:
- Filling out the “Get A Quote” and “Contact Us” forms on our website at https://pandorainsurance.com
- Calling one of our offices to receive information and providing one of our agents with the information and consent; or
- Entering one of our offices in person and providing one of our agents with the information and consent.
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
By submitting your information, you authorize Pandora Insurance to periodically contact you regarding your insurance policy options. You may receive SMS messages reminding you about your insurance policy quotes, upcoming insurance policy renewals, and any updates on your current insurance policy. Messaging frequency may vary. Messages and data rates may apply. Enrollment is not obligated, and you may opt-out at any time. You can opt out any time by texting STOP. If you opt-out then you will not receive further messages from Pandora Insurance.
